Springhill Hospice

Limited to the capabilities of outdated technology, Springhill Hospice decided to implement the SMI Patient Management System, iCare. Not only did this exceed Springhill Hospices need for enhanced patient data functionality, they also took advantage of SMI's project management service in order to seamlessly configure the application to suit their exact requirements. In order to meet these requirements, iCare multi-service was introduced as well as iCare Smart Forms in order to enable the Hospice to go paper light.
